Click HERE for the recipe Since I moved to Kilkenny, I also put early morning walks into my schedule two or three days a week. The days are getting colder but those walks have become really enjoyable with the beautiful Autumn colours settling in. I even noticed lately some incredible peppery smells among the trees. It feels really refreshing and at the moment, elderberries and blackberries can even be spotted here and there in the park at the castle. I have proclaimed my love for blackberries quite a few times on this blog now (see my first recipe with blackberries) and mentioned stories of foraging for them as a child. So, I'll keep with my autumnal love of blackberries and add another delicious recipe with those fragrant fruits: blackberry and cashew butter challah bread.
